A new project with the only mission to provide a better quality of life for professionals working from home around the globe, who wish to improve their quality of life and decrease their cost of living. 

Escape from the big city to live and work surrounded by nature, interact with people who share similar interests, and enjoy the latest state of the art technologies and IT solutions at our advanced Technology Centre. Working from home and the nearby technological facilities will allow you to save costs and time for your business and your family, whilst living in a healthy natural environment with access to all day-to-day services within the urbanization.

We have designed La Aldea and the services available in order for the residents to have everything within walking distance, a perfect environment to meet people with similar interests and life style. You will be able to work from home or any of the facilities in the IT Centre or the many Wi-Fi hot spots throughout the urbanization, do your shopping and pick up your children from nursery, all without having to leave the urbanization. Our Beach Club and Country Club, which are available exclusively to IT Village residents, are a natural extension of La Aldea. So in case you want to spend a day of leisure outside but need to do a little bit of work any way, both Clubs have the necessary IT support for you to complete any task.

THE VILLAGE

The Village boasts many surprises. Starting with the privileged location: very near the beaches and the cities of Murcia and Alicante as well as the international airports. A beautiful golf course with the only aquatic driving range in the region, a spectacular Club House for social gathering and events, sports facilities like tennis, paddle and gymnasium, and of course several swimming pools. As it is a fully gated urbanization with 24/7 private security, children are safe to play in any of the kids play areas and kiddies pools that are spread throughout the urbanization. And in order to keep electricity bills low, solar energy is being used for heating of both communal and residential water.

IT CENTRE:

The Technology Centre is located in the heart of the Village, with a surface of approximately 3,000m2. One of the main features of the IT Centre is the "IT School" where you will be able to get certified education by many of the most recognized IT companies. The IT Centre provides not only all the high tech tools you need to develop your daily professional activity, but it also allows you to conduct meetings, videoconferences, work from the computer lab, print documents, etc. It is the perfect place for exchanging of ideas and fostering professional and social relationships. The IT Centre features: IT School (Courses available through NanforIberica, authorized partner of Microsoft, Google, Oracle and other world recognized software/IT Companies), Work Centre with computer lab, meeting rooms with videoconference facilities, Call Centre, BssPoint , bilingual nursery / day-care and other additional services that can be adapted according to residents needs.  

APARTMENTS:

There is a fantastic selection of apartments all with a spacious and luxurious feel. You can choose between 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms with large terraces and fantastic views. As with the design of the villas, each apartment building is designed to achieve visual harmony with the surrounding environment. Making full use of the undulating terrain, the panoramic views from the apartments are breathtaking with aspects of the golf course and the surrounding Murcia countryside.

VILLAS:

Aesthetic diversity is evident in the range of elegantly designed villas available at the Village, each individual villa combining beautifully with its surroundings. The essential factors of space and luxury are at the forefront of the design. Varieties of 3 and 4 bedroom villas are available on plots of up to 1,375 sq.m, each model with its own unique characteristics. Furthermore, fantastic views of the golf course can be enjoyed from both first and second line villas.

LOCATION:

Aldea de La Tercia is located only 15 minutes away from the Costa Calida, meaning "warm coast" in Spanish, and it's no wonder as the area enjoys 320 days of sunshine every year. This stretch of Murcia coastline is blessed with glorious sandy beaches, crystal clear seawater and fantastic cliffs, capes and coves. It is also proudly the home of the Mar Menor, Europe's largest salt water lagoon. Here you can enjoy both the beaches of the Mar Menor on one side and the Mediterranean on the other side. The Mar Menor is calm, gentle and warm (in summer it can reach temperatures of up to 30 degrees) but if you get too warm there, the cooling breeze of the Mediterranean is the perfect remedy.

The Village is proximate to a range of modern medical centers and major hospitals (Balsicas, Sucina, Torre Pacheco, Corvera, Cities of Murcia and Cartagena). The region is also served by very good educational facilities. A range of primary and secondary schools serve the immediate area and highly recommended international schools are located just 20 minutes away at El Palmar and in the city of Murcia. The area offers a diverse selection of activities for the visitors including all manner of water sports, hiking, hill climbing and much more. A further accolade is that the World Health Organization declared the Costa Calida to have one of the cleanest and healthiest climates in the world. From IT Village, which is more inland, it is easy to get to the historical and cultural centers of Murcia City, the ancient naval port of Cartagena and the lovely renaissance town of Lorca, crowned with its eye-catching 12th century castle. All three cities are steeped in history and boast a wealth of fascinating museums, squares, churches and ancient monuments. Although recognized for their splendid preserved historical past, these cities are well in touch with modern demands and so offer fantastic shopping and recreational facilities to be enjoyed by all.

SERVICES:

The Village has a bilingual nursery where children can play and learn English and Spanish in a constructive and friendly atmosphere. The English Nursery School Program is based on the British Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum. Furthermore, you will find: IT library, physiotherapy sessions, supermarket, restaurants, coffee shops, a Sports Bar, hair salon, gymnasium, running track, bicycle rentals, 24/7 security, kids areas, and swimming pools. More services are likely to come in place as the number of IT City residents grows.  

GOLF:

The 9 holes golf course was designed by internationally renowned course architect Pepe Gancedo. Limitless playability backed up by aesthetic appeal; a style which involves disturbing the land as little as possible - shaping the course around its natural surroundings. The total area occupied by the golf course is 305.960 sq.m, of which 224.707 sq-m. is covered by grass. The total length of the golf course is 3.019 m.  

FINANCE:

 You will be able to get up to 85% LTV finance (80% for non-Spanish residents) from a local Spanish bank. Clients would need to present income documents such as P60s, wage slips or Income Tax Returns. Bank statements and Credit Check Reports will be requested.
