Location
The house is located in a quiet residential road towards the top of Monte Pedreguer. It is situated just a 5 minute drive to the small town of Pedreguer, 10 minute drive to Denia and a 15 minute drive to Javea.

There are steps leading down that take you to the rear of the house. There is a swimming pool inset in a terraced area and the larger terraced area ideal for outdoor dining and relaxing. From the terrace there are steps that take you down to the garden where there is an olive tree, palm trees, herbs, lavender and many more established shrubs.
