The Cala Green homes are set in the area of Finestrat which stretches from the edges of Benidorm to Villajoyosa and back for many miles into the green valleys of the Costa Blanca. The village rests at the foot of the Puig Campana Mountain, recognised for its characteristic peak, its great height and its breathtaking views of the coast. Each home in the Cala Green complex has two double bedrooms and a single room, along with a fitted kitchen with all mod cons, a bathroom, downstairs toilet, a communal swimming pool and a private terrace area with wonderful views of the surrounding countryside and coastline.

The busy city of Benidorm is only 5 miles from the development and has plenty of leisure and recreational activities on offer. It also has some of the most popular beaches in Spain which offers a wide variety of watersports, children's play areas and an array of shops and restaurants along the seafront. However, for those who prefer something a little quieter Finestrat also has its own small beach area: 'Cala de Finestrat' which can be reasonably quiet during the off peak months, yet, in summer expect it to be a little busier as the annual International beach volley ball tournament gets under way.

As well as its great beaches and wide variety of activities on offer, Benidorm has two very popular theme parks which provide a great day out for all. 'Terra Mitica' has a good selection of adults and children's rides with a quirky 'Empires of the World' theme. Whilst 'Terra Natura' has a selection of over 1,500 animals of 200 different species from around the world to admire. The Cala Green homes are located in a quiet and peaceful area, well away from traffic, flight paths and industry. However with Benidorm only a stone's throw away, you will be able to make the most of both world. "
