Our house is a 3 bedroom, 2 reception room mid terrace. It is very small to look at from the street but is like a tardis once entered! Through the front doors you arrive at the dining room. This room has an open fire place that is used only from Dec-Mar. The room also has a telephone/broadband connection. Through the doorway, this leads you to the kitchen area. all units and worktops are only a year old. Next in line is the small utility area and off of this is the bathroom and lounge. The 8x4m (approx) garden/patio area is through the doors leading out of the lounge. Both UK and Spanish tv are at the property and it can be left furnished if you wish. Back into the kitchen are the stairways to the 1st floor, one leads to the front of the house and the 2 bedrooms there and the other leads to the back bedroom and then up to the roof terrace. The roof terrace has the most amazing views and gives a good 180' view of the surrounding mountains and all the way to Coin.

The approx size of the property is 125m2. It has a mortgage on it which is normally transferable by Spanish law. Viewings are welcome and if necessary I have contact details of a local holiday home rental company in the area. There is a primary school 1min away from the house but the senior school is in Pizarra. The school provide a bus for the children of the town to be able to get there. The town has 3 mini supermarkets, ample bars and restuarants, a town hall complete with 1 man police station!, a library, post office, doctors, chemist, bank, bakers, butchers, fish mongers, gift shop and more.

It really is a little gem and with it being a national heritige village-you can really believe it'll stay that way!
