Situated in the heart of the countryside in a truly quiet and peaceful location the cortijo is a complete ruin to be rebuilt and restored. There are other ruins close by which may well be for sale also.The ruin measures very approximately 180 sq m and there are 20,000 (very approximately) of land which is a mixture of both steep and flat and is cultivated with olives, almonds, figs and vines.The farm is reached via a dirt track road of some 10 kms.Mains water is available to be connected and solar energy may be a solution for electricity.
