Very cheap village house to re-furbish. The house is structurally ok, there has been some damp coming through upstairs from the roof terrace simply because the roof terrace has not been tiled and finished off properly.This is easily remmided.The rest of the house just needs basically everything taken out,cleaned,re-decorated and new fixtures and fittings. There are good views from the roof terrace and you could create a very good outside space up there. Not for the faint hearted however then you would have a great property.
