Fabulous Cortijo:A new country house has just recently been completed on this cortijo. It was designed by both the owners and a Seville architect. The intention was to create a thoroughly modern house that would reflect the classic andalucian style of a cortijo farmhouse and that would not look out of place in the andalucian countryside. It is located in the area known locally as Paraje Canada del Cuervo which is situated close the town of Arcos de la Frontera in the province of Cadiz.The new farmhouse sits on 42.000m (10.5 acres) of olive trees and arable farmland, together with an old farmhouse and outbuilding. Access to the property is gained via a private road which leads to the new house. The property itself is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards.A pool is planned and incuded in the price.In our opinion one of the most stylish new-builds we have seen!!
