Beautiful setting for this country retreat. Stunning views of the village (which is only five minutes away by car) and the mountains and countryside. The house needs to be finished off but the structural work has been done, all new plumbing, electrics, roof and windows. The land has many fruit trees including, Olives, Figs, Almonds, Vines, Tree strawberries and Avocados. There is also a large alberca (concrete water tank) that is used as a swimming pool in the summer. You change the water every so often and the old water is used to water the plants, although there is an irrigation system in place. Surrounded by the Natural Parque, it would be hard to find a more beautiful setting.
