If you would like a lovely old farmhouse to renovate then this is for you. Water and electric are there and because it is on the edge of the village there should be no problem for a telephone. This is a good sized ruin and would make a lovely home. It is not habitable at the moment.The house is situated next to a quite lane on a hill and has great views.The land slopes down to the river in the valley. Beautiful fertile land so if you wanted to grow any type of crops, I think most would love it. There are also some olive trees.A property that is excellent value for money.
