10yr renewable lease. Great landlord. 2800.00 euros per month for our restaurant which is actually two units back to back, so rent very cheap for area. As back to back we have two entrances allowing the bar to be seperate from the restaurant although you can walk through.

The bar allows a nice seating area for pre and after dinner drinks. Comfortable easy chairs and three television screens showing sports. Our menu is well known for its wholesomness and presentation. Staff are a great team. Summer months, Chef x 4, floor staff x 3 and bar staff x 2. Winter months Chef x 1, kitchen porter x 1 and floor/bar x 2.

The bar has music, lighting all wired in if needed, full computer controlled sound system with 18000 tracks on hard drive. Largest screen in area.

As we have two entrances and terraces we can follow the sun all day round. The total floor space inside is 170 sq mtrs. Lovely outside area with planters and coloured soft lighting. Very busy area with huge expat community. We are one of the longest established restaurants in the area so hence our consistent popularity.

Tourists return year after year. We are retiring so need to release some capital to enjoy our retirement even more than we do now. Our son who runs the restaurant will introduce new ownes to local suppliers. He is well known and has established good rates for supplies etc. WC for disabled customers.
