The hotel is brand new and available for inspection. There are 28 one bedroom apartments with american kitchen and 28 parking spaces, 2 lounges, swimming pool and green areas. The hotel is situated in Bolnuevo which is an extremely popular resort for holiday makers from all European countries. At the moment Bolnuevo has one hotel which is situated in the middle of an urbanization, a celebration and conference facility, a very large camp site where many of the campers stay long term and therefore have visiting family that need accommodation, a fantastic sandy beach that stretches for approx 4km as well as many natural coves that are designated as naturist beaches. There are beautiful mountains surrounding the area and the beaches are designated Blue flag and have facilities such as volleyball and football courts. There are several bars and restaurants as well as a few select shops. Bolnuevo is situated just 4km from the centre of Puerto de Mazarron where there are all the usual shops, services and amenities as well as a brand new marina and promenade. There is public transport from Bolnuevo to Puerto de Mazarron. As a future project, Bolnuevo has been earmarked as a new 5* resort, incorporating a new marina for larger boats than the one at Puerto de Mazarron, as well as restaurants and shopping centres.
