The town of Estepona, is 8 miles away and is well worth a visit, if not to see the typical whitewashed Spanish houses, then to visit some of its splendid beaches. The village of San Pedro, 2.5 miles away from the complex, is quiet enough to enjoy a pleasant stroll through its narrow winding streets and old village square, yet also has enough life and amenities to keep you entertained. Thursday is market day, when the locals take the opportunity to stock up on fresh produce and the tourists indulge in some of the souvenirs on offer. The beaches here are safe and clean and it is a pleasant walk from the centre of the village to the beachfront . Moving up the coast to the north, you will come to Fuengirola which is a lively resort with a wide variety of entertainment for all the family.

The beaches here are great for children, with climbing frames, trampolines and bouncy castles ensuring that there is never a dull moment. Yet, for some more ""serious"" adventure, Tivoli world theme park also in Fuengirola with over thirty attractions for adults and children alike. Malaga is also a good place to visit if you are looking for fun packed family entertainment, offering a vast choice of theme parks, zoos and waterparks.
