Our property is a fully furnished two bed, one bathroom ground floor duplex with a terrace and garden. We chose Villamartin as apart from the golf area it is generally known throughout for its quiet location but only 10 minutes drive to some wonderful sandy beaches. We have a lovely communal pool of which is rarely used so never crowded. Local shops, and a large supermarket, restaurants and 3 banks are within 5 minutes walk so one does not have to drive everywhere for local facilities, although we have a parking bay outside our property. We never have let the property out so it has been used as our holiday home and is managed by a local property agent on our behalf who look after our property on a bi-weekly and annual basis. It is ideally located for golfers as there are 3 golf courses within ten minutes drive and attracts lots of different nationalities including British, Sweedish, Norwegian, German and of course Spanish residents so therefore ideal for letting/renting, therefore either a perfect holiday home or an investment.
